Land & Environment Court Hearings

Additional hearing dates will be added to this thread as and when they appear.

The proceedings for this Hearing commenced on 25th July, at 9.30 am on site at which time the Commissioner undertook an inspection of the site and locality and took evidence from individuals who registered to make a submission in relation to the development application. The Hearing then continued at the Land & Environmental Court (225 Macquarie St Sydney). As this Hearing was not completed on 25th July , it has been adjourned until 9.45am Monday 8th August, when it will continue.
